The Holy Quran : Chapter 104 : Al-Humazah (The Slanderer)

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

 وَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ

104:1. Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and backbiter,

الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ

104:2. Who has gathered wealth and counted it,

يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ

104:3. Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever!

كَلَّا ۖ لَيُنْبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ

104:4. By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces,

وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ

104:5. And what will explain to thee That which Breaks to Pieces?

نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ

104:6. (It is) the Fire of Allah kindled (to a blaze),

الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ

104:7. Which leaps up over the hearts,

إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِمْ مُؤْصَدَةٌ

104:8. It shall be made into a vault over them,

فِي عَمَدٍ مُمَدَّدَةٍ

104:9. In columns outstretched.
