Is there evidence of the tidal attahiyyat?
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) ordered as if in prayer to be recited during the attahiyyat 

AttahiyyaatuLillahi Was Salawatu Wattayyibatu Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhannabi 'yu 'Warahmatullahi Wabarka'tuhu Assalamu Alaina Wa'ala'Ibadillahis Saa'liheen Ash'had'u'un La ilahaillallahu Wa Ash'hadu Anna MuhammadunAbd'uhu Wa Rasooluh

as' prayers When sitting Prophet ( peace be upon him) told them to lodge.                                                                      - Narrated : Ibn masvut (RA )
Meaning:
All compliments, all prayer and worship are for Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala).
Peace be upon you, Oh Prophet Muhammad(Sal), and Allah's (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) mercy and blessings.
Peace be on us and on all good slaves of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala).
I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala)
And I bear witness that Muhammad (Sal) is His slave and Messenger.
