The Holy Quran : Chapter 94 : Al-Inshirah (The Expansion)

 

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

 

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ

94:1. Have We not expanded thee your breast?-

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ

94:2. And removed from thee your burden

الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ

94:3. The which did gall your back?-

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ

94:4. And raised high the esteem (in which) you (are held)?

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

94:5. So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:

إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

94:6. Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ

94:7. Therefore, when you are free (from thine immediate task), still labor hard,

 

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ

94:8. And to your Lord turn (all) your attention.
